Our primary sites are Stafford and Shrewsbury. There are satellite clinics in some localities to help people who may not be able to travel. These clinics may have a lengthy waiting period.


Treatments offered

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) is recommended by NICE guidelines and has research support for its efficacy. It is a structured, individualised model of treatment to help regularise eating and attain a healthy weight.
  • Cognitive Analytic Therapy explores early patterns and the way these patterns shape the people we become.
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy explores mood with interpersonal relationships.
  • Systemic Therapy explores people in relationships dealing with individuals and groups interactional patterns.
  • Other therapies include compassionate therapy and mindfulness which use cognitive ideas to explore compassion to the self.
